Why the free plan adds a signature
Every email sent on the Free plan ends with one line: “Sent with Openn — honest email tracking for Gmail.” It shows your recipients that the email was sent with Openn, an email tracker. It does not replace the information you owe them as the sender (see Terms, section 3). It cannot be removed, hidden or edited on the Free plan; Pro removes it.

What the free plan allows
There is no fixed limit on the number of tracked emails. Openn is meant for an individual's professional email: usage that looks automated or like bulk sending may be slowed down or suspended, and we contact you first where we can. Openn is for professional use only, on both plans.
Billing and cancellation
Pro is paid in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. You manage your subscription, payment method and invoices from your account page, which opens Stripe's customer portal.
Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; your account then returns to the Free plan, as for a failed payment.
Refunds
If you change your mind within 14 days of the first payment of an annual plan, write to support@idoventures.com and it is refunded in full. After 14 days, and for monthly plans, payments are not refundable unless the law says otherwise.
Failed payment
We retry and email you. If the payment still fails, the account returns to the Free plan: the signature comes back, notifications stop and new emails use the shared tracking domain. Your data and the links you already sent are kept; links sent from your own subdomain keep working for 30 days after we email you, then stop unless you subscribe again.
Price changes
We announce any price change by email at least 30 days in advance. It applies from your next renewal after that notice; an annual plan keeps its price until it renews.
